All labour is charged in 1 hour intervals. Out of hours work will be charged at 1.6x the rate for labour / call outs.

- On-site or remote tech support – including network (wired and WiFi) support and troubleshooting, workstation support, printers, firewalls, switches, etc.
- Web-site and email hosting – everything is hosted on our own servers at multiple locations to minimise the down time and to avoid the data loss.
With our online invoicing platform you can forget about the situations when you don’t understand what we bill you for. You can keep track of tasks, projects and billing online, directly from your office chair without a need to call anyone.
Payment terms can be set to Net0/Net7/Net30 depending on your needs.
Typically, a support query will take 15-20 minutes. There are exceptions which take longer, but our IT support team will always try to fix the problem as fast as possible. If it can’t be resolved remotely we will send an engineer to deal with it on site.
There is a secure, 256-bit encrypted, connection between the support engineer’s computer and your computer that prevents anyone else from getting access or seeing what’s happening.
